Dawson High School opened in 2007 and the Varsity football program was established in 2008. Hard work and dedication has led the Eagles to the playoffs in every season since inception. The Eagle Football Program continues to improve with a State Championship as our ultimate goal! 

The Dawson Football Booster Club (DFBC) recognizes the role sports and community service play in the overall development of our student athletes. Our mission is to encourage meaningful fellowship among our players, coaches, families, and community while supporting the Dawson Football Program by promoting sponsorship, fundraising, and volunteerism.

The Dawson Eagles have had great success on and off the field. Service activities such as Keep Pearland Beautiful, caroling at local nursing homes, Stockings for Seniors and working with Candlelighters to adopt a family for Christmas, represent just a few of our commitments to help our community. Throughout the year, our members give time, money, and resources in support of our program. The highlight achievement of DFBC is to award scholarships every year to any graduating senior that qualifies. This past season, thirteen (13) eligible recipients shared a total of $16,000 to be used to further their education.
